Payment & Cancel

In our online shop you have the possibility to pay for your ticket by PayPal, direct debit or credit card. Only cash payments are accepted when tickets are bought from a KELIUS bus driver. It would help us a great deal if you paid in exact change as far as possible.

If you bought your ticket from the driver, please send your original, unused ticket, stating the reason for cancellation, your address and your IBAN to the address below. We will refund the price of your ticket less a handling fee of EUR 2.00 per invoice:

If you bought your ticket in the online shop, you only need to send us an e-mail at kielius-shop@deutschebahn.com. Please provide your order number and the e-mail address used for the order so we can clearly identify the ticket and cancel it from the system. The money will be refunded via the same means of payment used for the order (PayPal, credit card or direct debit). You will receive a credit for the ticket price you paid, less a processing fee of EUR 2.00.

No, you will not receive a separate invoice for your ticket. You have the option of downloading the invoice yourself at any time under "Meine Bestellungen" in the user account. Please use the option "Bestellung ansehen", "Rechnungen" (invoices) and then "Rechnung drucken".
